Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
In such cases, orders will be shipped separately, so our customers will receive multiple tracking numbers in their email.
When our customers are provided these tracking numbers but fail to receive their order, claims must be made with our customer service department within the 14-day period to rectify the situation.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
We ship both locally (US) and worldwide; however, not all products can be ordered online. If you are not able to add a product to the cart, please reach out to our Customer Care Team on our Contact Us page and we will bring the necessary support to have the product delivered.

Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of payment of the order and within seven days (during peak periods).
All preorder items are shipped and delivered within 25 – 30 days after placing an order; however, delivery could extend to 60+ days (Depending on international country custom policies, processing and import procedures, which is out of our control).
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouses and fulfillment centers will be closed.
In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
For a change of delivery address requests, we might be able to change the address before the order has been dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee this, as our goal is to fulfill and dispatch orders at the earliest for our customers.
EnRoute Exchange will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

These funds are neither paid to EnRoute Exchange nor are they set by EnRoute Exchange; rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations.
International customers are responsible for any government-imposed customs, taxes, and levies for the relevant product purchase.
EnRoute Exchange does not refund any fees or costs for any international order confiscated by customs or another government agency.
For medical related supplies, we do our best to label all boxes and customs forms with the text “Medical Supplies”, which are usually duty-free. However, customs officers, who determine which Medical Supplies are duty-free and which are not, have full authority to charge you, the buyer, for the customs duty and taxes.
Due to the complex and ever-changing customs policies, which vary widely from country to country, we cannot guarantee that your country permits the importation of the items you ordered.
Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with your country’s customs laws and contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products before placing an order with EnRoute Exchange.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We follow all international laws related to logistics, shipping and fulfillment. We do not mark packages as a gift. To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.
We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the shipper at the customer’s expense and there will be no refund issued.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
